“Guided Readers provides teachers with a streamlined and easy-to-use structure for teaching reading that includes leveled texts, lesson plans, activities, teaching strategies, hands-on materials, and implementation videos.

“These resources support teachers in various ways and promote the fidelity and consistency needed. As found by Hansen (2016) in her action research study of guided reading, consistency in the implementation is necessary to achieve successful results for students. Teachers who were inconsistent in their implementation were less likely to have students with notable comprehension improvements.”
